Invoice Remaining % or $ Due

When using flat percentages, handoff always leaves out several cents worth of revenue. When using dollars, I need to break out my calculator to derive the remaining amount due. Would be great if there be a way to tell the invoice to calculate the total remaining due on the project for my final invoice, both in % and $.
