I need a better way to present optional add-ons or alternate scope items in proposals. When customers ask for optional work, I’m forced to dump those details into Terms & Conditions, which turns the end of the proposal into a long, messy paragraph. I want a cleaner way to show optional items separately so customers can easily review them.

this would also be nice to add selections as options. So if we give a client 3 flooring options, they can see all 3 and choose the one they want.
This may be available in change orders, I have not really used them yet
I’d move my full process over to Handoff if there was a better way to support selections. I want my customer to be able to see pictures in a structured format (not all lumped at the bottom) for items they need to select for their project. Once they select the the proposal updates and they sign off.
I want to list selection options and have the customer choose which options they want before they lock in final estimate price. There is not an easy method other than sending multiple estimates or manually adding in text in the group or terms and conditions about how selections will work which can be confusing for the client and requires extra work on my end.
