The system should automatically cc or bcc me on all system-generated correspondence. Beyond being good business practice, it’s an important feature if we’re audited or have legal issues.
Our internet was down for a full day. I couldn’t access documents for proposals, contracts, etc. we had sent to clients So, I couldn’t use them to check on projects in progress. I couldn’t use them as the basis for new estimates. We need a way to have the system automatically send us copies of any correspondence generated by the system.
