i simply just have a catalog item for Project Management that disclose my flat percentage rate. Not sure what state others operate from but in Texas I can either work as a “contractor” or “project manager”. Most contractors I know have the markup built in but as PM I reduce my liability because the homeowner is the contractor.

This is actually an amazing idea. When I was reading the details I couldnt get over the wow. I use other Ai estimation apps but this is on another level.
