Have AI figure out local permit prices for my estimate

I do different project types across different cities. Depending on the scope and the location, the permitting fees are different. Ultimately, as the GC, the price of the permit fees have to go in my bid (even if the electrician or plumber pull their own. I still get the bill).

It’s hard to know who I have to pay for what. It would be awesome if AI could figure out the permit costs based on the project type and the address.
