handoff to Contractor Foreman Compatible CSV Export Option

Handoff CSV exports don't import cleanly into Contractor Foreman (CF) due to how markup is structured. Handoff exports markup as category-based summary lines at the bottom of the CSV (labor markup, material markup, other markup), but CF expects markup as a column value per line item — or at minimum, a clean line item list without those summary rows.
