Give me the option to let clients partially pay an invoice (and track partial progress payments)

Right now, clients can only pay an invoice in full. Sometimes, they simply don’t have the funds. This creates work for me to make new invoices for the smaller amounts. Instead, Give me the option to let clients partially pay an invoice.

I may not allow it on all jobs or invoices. But let me control that option. I would need a history of what value was paid when.
