Manual Takeoff/Labeling tool: Let users upload drawings and sketch.

Have the ability to draw a floor plan, or sketch on the existing plan and show the customer visually. Basically sketching inside the handoff app.

In the “Upload plans” tool, allow users to manually draw a perimeter line around the surface of the house. Let them label and highlight that perimeter to give the AI clearer context for generating takeoffs. This would be especially useful for siding work. manually outlining the perimeter when plan dimensions aren’t exact.
