I would love to see a more robust email integration, such as connecting with Gmail, that allows access to full client communication beyond just estimates and invoicing. House that full communication thread for easy access.

It would also be highly valuable to incorporate workflow automation tied to project stages. For example, when a project is marked as “Completed,” the system could automatically send a pre-built email template thanking the client and encouraging them to leave a review. Adding this type of email marketing and automation functionality would significantly enhance the platform and move it closer to being a true all-in-one solution for project management and client communication.
