Description field on Area (row) is disabled?

So, I can’t use the description field on Area row items in my estimate. Why the heck not? Let me guess: There’s not actually an “Area A” row item but rather a grouping of actual estimate row items under “Area A”? But I need the ability to provide additional context to an entire area so that it can feed into gen AI-ing customer-facing documents, e.g. summarized bid proposal. This is just one example, and there are many others.
