Prospects migrating from other tools (e.g. Contractor Plus) specifically ask about data backup and recovery. We need a way for contractors to export or restore their Handoff data in case of loss.
Today, files are soft-deleted with S3 recovery possible internally — but there is no user-facing backup or export feature.
