Custom domains & branding for outgoing links (client portal, proposals, invoices)

Feature Requests

Contractors want to white-label outgoing communications so that SMS messages, client portal links, proposals, and invoices appear to come from their own domain/brand — not from Handoff. Currently all outgoing links show app.handoff.ai and SMS previews show the Handoff brand.


**Proposed solution:**
- Allow contractors to configure a custom domain for outgoing links
- Update OG/meta tags on client portal links to reflect the contractor's company name and branding instead of Handoff
- Cover all outgoing surfaces: client portal invite links, proposal links, invoice links, SMS notifications

    Proposals via SMS

    Customer shared feedback that it would look more clean/professional for the proposal link in proposals sent via SMS to say “Click Here to view your Quote” as opposed to the full URL listed out.

    Proposal Delivery

    When i send the proposal to a client via text or email with Handoff I want the delivery to be sent from my email and phone number not Handoffs no reply email and number. I feel that these are getting into spam or junk folders and customers are not getting them .The share option just adds another step in the process making it not seamless

    Hide "AI" in the URL of Proposals, Invoices, etc

    When I send a proposal or invoice with Handoff, the url says “app.handoff.ai”. This is promenient on mobile phones especially. Can you please hide any mention of AI in the URL? I don’t want my customers to see that.

    White Label Handoff App

    We do marketing for construction companies. That's how I got into construction. So, like, this tool would be dynamite for our contractors to be able to white label it and then just be, like, a minimal support for them
