Create estimate based on a home inspection report

Some of my clients are buying new homes. When they do, the inspection company provides a document of all the issues. I get brought in to quote each item.

I would like to upload a public link or upload a pdf doc of the report to Handoff. I would like Handoff to estimate the job and organize the items/groups to match the report itemization (instead of the usual by-scope and material/labor breakdown).
