Work Orders: Convert estimate into work order

I'd love to see a feature that will take an approved estimate and convert it to a work order that would create a materials list and a list of man hours for the project so we can better budget the projects. Currently we have no idea how long a job should take, but each item shows the labor hours if that could be converted to a work order that would be awesome.
