Compress/Expand All Items in Estimate

Items are usually grouped by category (e.g., Painting, Demo, Plumbing). When creating an estimate, it’s often useful to see the big picture before diving into the details. With a compress/expand button, it would be easy to see all of the sub-totals and then expand the ones that need more attention. For instance, you’d see

Compress/Expand All [checkbox to activate]

1 > Painting $5000

2 > Demo $500

3 > Plumbing $2500

Clicking on the > would expand a sub-total’s items, like it does today
