Company-Level Permission to Set a Fixed Signer for All Documents

I want a company-level permission that lets us designate one fixed signer/point of contact for all documents and proposals, regardless of which team member sends them. We need the owner’s name and signature to remain on customer-approved documentation for legal reasons instead of automatically changing to the sending team member.
