Collapse All Groups for easier reviewing

Handoff estimates are long, sometimes 50-100 items long. The estimates always reload at the top, and I have to read the items one by one to review. I find it easier to collapse all the groups one by one, then review each Group’s price total. But then when I refresh, the groups auto expand again.

Let me collapse all groups with a single click. Remember how I have groups expanded/collapsed so that it’s the same after reloads.
