I would love for my clients to be able to book appointments and schedule meetings directly through the client portal — where they can choose a date and time that works for them. Right now the portal is great for sharing proposals and invoices, but there is no way for a client to self-schedule.
Ideally this would work like a simple booking flow: I set my available time slots, and my client picks a date and time for an appointment or site visit right from the portal. That way I am not going back and forth over text trying to nail down a time.
