Caluculator in fields

It would be helpful to be able to use a calculator in fields. So if I am entering in the flooring area say, instead of having to open a caluclator app, I can click on the qty cell and use a calculator built in to multiply the length x width. Or be able to enter it as a formula in the qty cell like 12×14
