Bulk edit catalog items

I need the ability to select and edit multiple catalog items at once. Right now I have to go one by one to make changes, which takes forever when I need to update pricing or descriptions across many line items.

Even the AI chat assistant can't do bulk edits — it only offered to create a preset, not edit existing items in bulk.
