Better Notation of Documents

Each Document created should have a clear time of when the doc was created when looking at the list of documents from the project page as well as some other document legend when open the legend similar to the activity details on the project. I can only see the date I cannot tell which time a doc was created without opening the chat and scrolling to see the time. There is also not a good way to report or identify a document like you have project and est and invoice numbers - documents should have an identifier as well in the event the AI makes a duplicate document on the same day its hard to distinguish
