Automatically Set Sales Tax Based on the Address/Location of the Estimate

Hi, we would like to formally request a feature that sales tax rate should be adjusted depending on the location of the project not based of the default preset. This would truly help us a lot since adjusting every estimate can be sometimes confusing.
