If we can also add some custom fields to this. So we can have a custom text field say [followup1]. When we send the proposal we can edit the custom field per client. then when the form gets sent it adds the custom field or fields. this way even though it is a form being sent, it feels like it was personally written and remembered.
ie, customer mentioned they have a kids wedding in June and want to make a decision after that, [followup1]=”I hope the wedding went great, what venue did they decide on?”
That field can go into the form letter, so each customer gets an extra personal line or two added to the generic form.
Then we can even add [followup2].[followup3] etc if we want to have different auto replies.
Ideally we can set up custom replies, 1 after 1 week of no activity, a second after 1 month, and then a recurring that goes out every month(but not on the exact same time and day so it looks like it is not auto sent).
