Fantastic idea but make sure it isn’t anything that encroaches on Google, yelp, or other’s review terms. Even asking someone to give you a Yelp review is against policy and any form of solicitation for Google Reviews triggers the same violations. They’re using AI to catch more solicitied reviews than ever so don’t make that mistake either.
System to prompt/request a review or testimonial after completed project
Built-in functionality that’s something similar to the system that notifies about a new invoice and the ability for customer to pay it—but for a review after the project has finished
After a project is completed or an invoice is paid, it would extremely beneficial for an automated message to go out after to encourage the client to leave us a review. This helps drive new business and boosts our presence on google and other platforms clients can leave reviews.
After a job is completed, I’d like to have an automated way to push users to complete a review either on my google business page, angies list and other platforms I am on. This will drive more prospects to potentially do business with me.
