Allow admins to manually clock employees in and out

As an admin or manager, I need the ability to manually clock team members in and out on their behalf.

Right now, clock-ins are self-scoped — each crew member has to do it from their own device. That doesn't always work in the field: someone forgets to clock in, their phone dies, or I need to make a real-time correction for a crew member who is hands-on on the job site.

I asked: "can i manually clock someone else in for time tracking?" and learned admins can only edit existing entries — not initiate a clock-in. Being able to start a clock-in for a crew member from the admin side would solve this gap.
