Additional project statuses

Handoff lets me track a proposal from draft to approved. That’s nice, but that’s only the first phases. I want to move my approved proposals to “job” statuses, like Scheduling, Purchasing, In Progress, Work Completed, Paid. Everyone’s status names are a little different. I’d like to manually move them between statuses. this lets me track several in progress jobs at a glance.
