I understand that time entries have to be approved before the labor hours apply to the project budget. That part makes sense. The problem is what happens after approval. If an entry has a mistake, like the wrong location or the wrong cost category, I can't fix it as an admin. The system tells me to submit a ticket to get it corrected.
I've worked with a lot of construction software, and every platform I've used lets an admin edit an approved time entry. Mistakes happen in the field all the time. Submitting a ticket for every correction isn't workable, and until it's fixed, our job costing is wrong. If Handoff is going to be our project management and customer budget tool, I need to be able to make these corrections myself.
