Add Vendor/Supplier/Sub column to estimate table

it would be great if there were a column (or set of cols, though I think you could probably get away with one abstracted, multi-purpose column) which specified

• The name of the Vendor or Supplier of the material line item so I can remember where or who to go back to when there’s a change, for example. Assume there are instances where not every material item is going to be in a catalog, for example.

• The name of the sub performing the labor, so I can cross-reference it with sub bids and make sure that their bid includes all of the task line items in the estimate (and scope)
