Add roll back button for adjusting estimate totals

I'd like to suggest adding a "Roll Back" or "Adjust Total" button in the app. This feature could allow users to set a customer bottom-line price on estimates, and the app could automatically adjust labor costs or other customizable areas to match the desired total. This would save time and make it easier to tweak estimates to meet client budget without manual recalculations. It's be super helpful addition for busy contractors like me.
