Let me send a proposal to multiple recipients (and to myself by default)

Right now I can only send proposals to 1 point of contact. What if I need to send it to 2+ people who are both decision makers? This is common in larger projects. What if I want to cc myself or a team member?

    For a workaround, you can send pdf copies for review only.

    I would also love conditional and sequential approvals.

    So we may need to specify that multiple people all have to approve a proposal for it to be accepted, or we may send it to multiple people, but any 1 person can approve it.

    In some cases, we may need to have sequential approvals, where certain people have to approve it before the next person can approve it(corporate jobs where they move their approvals up the ladder so the CEO may be the final approval, but doesnt touch it until 3 people below him have already reviewed and approved.)

    These conditional and sequential approvals should be able to be customized on a case by case basis, and also used for change orders.
