Add expense under budget for multiple crew/vendor/subcontractor

Let's just say I wanna use supply remove and install angle stop, alright? I've got a new expense. Expense title is labor, right? Or My cost. Is now if I'm only putting my one guy. Then my labor cost is $250 there. But what if I wanted to apply all the guys who worked on that job on that day? So it's instead of being my cost being $250 it's really. $650 right? no tax, but it's an event for tourists it's 3 guys. I have to manually put in each and every guy each and every day to make this work.
