Add estimate line item (and area/group) review status

After AI creates an estimate for me and I begin to review and amend it, I’d like to be able to set the status of each line item and area to help me track estimate accuracy (by my double-checking) and completeness. Right now, I have to keep track outside of Handoff with scratch paper or OneNote.

It would be great to see something like

• Unreviewed - the initial status set on each item and area after AI generation

• Under Review or Reviewing - user sets this to alert team (or themselves at a future point)

• Needs Revision — user knows the line item is wrong and is flagging it to be corrected at a future point

• Reviewed — line item (or area) is correct and doesn’t need any more review

Ideally, the UX would allow the user to multi-select and change the status for N items at a time.
