Add Amazon as another option for materials' pricing

I'm working on estimate est-10045. We had a similar project recently and after checking with HD, Lowes, and Ace, we ended up ordering some of the parts from Amazon. So, let's add Amazon to the list of vendors I'd like to see supported in the system - with icons and links. Thanks for asking.
