Add a ruler and indentation controls to the document editor

I’d like a ruler in the document editor so I can adjust spacing and indentation more precisely. Other document tools have this as a standard feature and it really helps when formatting professional documents for clients. Right now there’s no easy way to control margins or indent levels visually.
