Ability to send Proposals with full breakdown (qty, rate, item totals)

Every client is different. Some more detailed clients (like large GCs, insurance companies, or detailed homeowners) prefer to see the complete breakdown instead of a rollup.

Today, the only way to send this is to export Handoff's estimate to PDF. Or I just show them on my device.
