Estimate Templates: Ability to Save Groups for Estimates (without presets)

This lead requested the ability to save groups in addition to saving rates and creating instructions. They want to automatically retrieve all the line items they specified during an LVP flooring or a painting estimate whenever they run a new one. I explained that they could achieve this by using instructions, but they found that approach too manual.
