Ability to choose multiple terms and conditions into a proposal and an additional field for an additional alternatives

In Terms & Conditions you can load those but only one of your presets is can be applied in the proposal . If you can load more than one preset Terms & Conditions you can modify the structure of those terms of you to multiple different projects like we do. I would like to be able to select more than one preset in the terms & conditions section.
Would also like a section before that for Option or Add Alternates that otherwise font add into the total of a project versus uploading a bunch of attachments which makes it more unprofessional.
