Options: Let my client approve estimates by option, instead of all-or-nothing.
I am a handyman in Kansas City. We are looking for an estimate that we can create separate groups and optional items for a client to click to approve or decline an item or a group. We get a ton of to-do-list items and many of our estimates are 10-35 line items and all are optional items and most of them are in separate rooms/areas of a home. If the estimate must be approved as a whole vs approving groups or items then it probably won't work for us. That would have too many back and forth conversations with a potential client to make changes. I am very interested. Currently using Markate and Jobber.

I would like to do this for options. Sometimes I like to offer two different options. Option 1 or Option 2.
Option 1 contractor grade. Option 2 pro grade.

What I'm referring to optional items or optional groups one user mentioned option one for contractor grade option 2 for pro grade and in my use case it's more along the lines of they ask for a price to do dryer vent cleaning and then they asked for our what it would cost to have the wood rot fixed on a window and then maybe they might ask to fix some drywall and paint a room that's four different options that they should be able to approve any or all of those options we give separate prices for everything not everybody's budget can afford to fix everything that they want so they're options become to approve the estimate as a whole or declining estimate with optional items they can pick and choose what they want to proceed with we just make sure that they know up front what our minimums are so if any of those items fall below the minimum cost they know what to expect

Interactive Proposal for Selection Items
I want to list selection options and have the customer choose which options they want before they lock in final estimate price. There is not an easy method other than sending multiple estimates or manually adding in text in the group or terms and conditions about how selections will work which can be confusing for the client and requires extra work on my end.

Selections / Options
I’d move my full process over to Handoff if there was a better way to support selections. I want my customer to be able to see pictures in a structured format (not all lumped at the bottom) for items they need to select for their project. Once they select the the proposal updates and they sign off.

Some of our users have asked for a feature where homeowners can choose different items or materials for their projects. this could be part of the proposal or the client portal and offer a few options for some of the line items and their prices
