When I show up to a project, my first step is walking the jobsite, and taking photos & notes. Then I refer to those photos to create my Handoff prompt. I also send some critical jobsite photos with my outgoing proposal.
I would like to start an estimate, and take photos inside of the Handoff app (instead of my phone camera app). Those photos would save to the Estimate, and I could write descriptions on them on the site walk. I then can walk to my truck, review my photos and notes, and make a quality prompt.
Right now I take 100s of photos on my phone, so itβs disorganized and unlabeled. And then I have paper notes or phone notes, which is also disorganized.
