Proposal Delivery

When i send the proposal to a client via text or email with Handoff I want the delivery to be sent from my email and phone number not Handoffs no reply email and number. I feel that these are getting into spam or junk folders and customers are not getting them .The share option just adds another step in the process making it not seamless
