notes on estimate line items per user(ie general, client, subcontractor, internal)

It would be great if we could have different levels of notes. so on an estimate(and in our custom cost books) there would be general notes/description everyone sees. then we may need more specific notes that only the subcontractor or employee performing that task needs to see. we might also have notes we only want the client to see. and we would have notes only available to us.
